My colleagues and I were pleased to receive more education and networking than at any other recent property related conference. The programs I went to were excellent. We will all be attending again this year. FPCC is a great way to get required education credits and it is put on a lot better than anything else that I have attended. It is fully informative.
FPCC's Keynote Address by Therese M. Vaughan, Ph.D., CEO of NAIC was a good overview of what is to come for the insurance community! Vacancy and Occupancy Defenses - Its Many Faces by Tina Nicholson, Esq. of Merlin Law Group and Ronald Reitz, CPPA of Quality Claims Management, Inc. was outstanding--great interaction. This course is a keeper - do it again!
