FPCC 2011, which took place October 17-19 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Providence (Warwick), Rhode Island, was a dynamic two-day educational event for professionals from all aspects of the first party property insurance claims community. Offering 40 nationally recognized speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, and a minimum of 12 continuing education credits, FPCC provides high-quality education sessions and valuable networking opportunities for a reasonable cost to the first party claims community.

The conference will open with registration on Monday afternoon, followed by a Networking Reception that evening during which all attendees, presenters, and sponsor/exhibitors will have the opportunity to network with colleagues and other insurance professionals.

Tuesday will begin with the keynote address, followed by a full day of presentations and panel discussions lead by industry experts. A second networking reception will be held on Tuesday night in the exhibit hall.

Wednesday's educational program follows a similar format, with several informative sessions held throughout the day. Many meals and breaks will be offered in the exhibit hall, providing time for sponsors and exhibitors to become acquainted with fellow conference participants.

Handouts for all educational sessions will be made available online to registered attendees prior to the event.

Throughout the event, the Crowne Plaza Hotel will provide complimentary shuttle transportation in the evenings (upon request) so that attendees may explore the Warwick vicinity, which offers a wide array of restaurants and shops.

Nearly 250 insurance professionals attended FPCC 2010, and attendance at FPCC 2011 is expected to be even greater!
